Privacy Policy
What information this website collects, why we collect it, who it's shared with, and the choices you have. Effective October 7, 2026.
This policy covers reddoorrents.com, the website of Red Door Property Management (“Red Door,” “we,” “us”), 3815 River Crossing Parkway, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240. It doesn't cover the separate services we link to, such as our owner and resident portals or rental applications — those have their own privacy policies (see Other services we link to).
The short version: we collect what you choose to send us through our forms, plus basic website analytics. We use it to respond to you and provide our services. We don't sell your information, and we don't share your phone number or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Information you give us
We collect information when you fill out a form on this website:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of question, how you heard about us, your message, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- Eviction Protection Program form: your name, email, phone, whether you're an owner or renter, property type and address, your situation, the best time to reach you, and any comments.
- Free rental analysis: the property's address and details (type, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, current status, current rent if any, and your timeline), plus your name, email, phone number, and preferred contact method.
If you call, email, or text us, we also keep what you send us that way.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, how you arrived, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We also record when a form is submitted (not what you entered).
- Security and spam prevention. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request information to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is submitting them.
- Rental analysis report visits. When you open your rental analysis report, we record the date and time and how many separate times it's been opened, so our team knows when to follow up. We don't record your IP address or device for this.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and provide the service you asked about, including preparing and emailing your rental analysis.
- To follow up with you about our property management services by phone, email, or text, as you've agreed.
- To run, secure, and improve this website, and to prevent spam and fraud.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Red Door may text you about your inquiry, your rental analysis, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at info@rdpmindy.com or 317.660.1626.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that help us send messages and manage our customer records.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under their own privacy and security commitments, and only as needed for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare Website hosting, security, spam checks, form data storage
- Google Analytics, address suggestions, maps, Street View images
- Mapbox Address lookup and maps
- RentCast and RentEngine Rental market data for the property you entered
- Resend Delivering our emails to you and to our team
- LeadSimple Our customer-management system
- Zapier Internal notifications to our team
For a rental analysis, the property address and details you enter are sent to Google, Mapbox, and RentCast to locate the property and estimate its rent. Your name, email, and phone number are not sent to those services.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of Red Door, our clients, or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
Cookies, embedded videos, and maps
Red Door doesn't set its own cookies on this site. Cookies come from the third-party tools we use: Google Analytics, and embedded content such as YouTube and Loom videos, Google Maps, the Calendly scheduler on our pricing page, and Cloudflare Turnstile. Those services may collect information under their own privacy policies when the content loads or when you interact with it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, you can install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Other services we link to
Owner and resident portals (AppFolio), maintenance requests (Property Meld), pet and animal screening (PetScreening), and scheduling (Calendly) are run by those companies. Information you enter there is governed by their privacy policies and, for residents and owners, by your lease or management agreement with Red Door.
How long we keep information
- Submissions from this website's forms are deleted from our website database two years after they're submitted.
- Rental analysis report links stop working six months after the analysis is run.
- If you become a Red Door client, or we're otherwise working with you, we keep your information in our business records for as long as that relationship lasts and as long as the law requires afterward. Messages to our team and records in our customer-management system are kept as part of those business records.
How we protect information
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to submitted information is limited to the people and providers who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your rental analysis report is available at a private link that's hard to guess but not password-protected — anyone you share the link with can view it.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Emails and calls: tell us you'd like us to stop, by replying or contacting us below.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email info@rdpmindy.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep information we're required to keep by law or for an ongoing business relationship.
Children
This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or services change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised.
