Meet The Team

As the owner of Red Door Property Management Mike uses his accomplished skills and focused attention advising and mentoring his clients with their property investments. He focuses his practice on residential real estate markets including: Indianapolis, Carmel, Zionsville, Fishers and other surrounding areas.

Raised in San Diego , Mike graduated from the University of Central Florida and received his Florida real estate license in 2000. Over the last 19 years he has assisted sellers, buyers, investors and owners in all their real estate needs.

Mike has considered Indianapolis and the surrounding areas home since 2005 where he lives on the Northside with his wife and 3 children.

Chris Knight is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and has been the Business Development Manager at Red Door since 2018. Chris started in the property management business in Kokomo, IN with the determination to be the best. It wasn’t long before he moved to Indianapolis to join Red Door as a property manager in 2012. Chris graduated from Kokomo High School in 2005 and attended Indiana University before obtaining his real estate license and jumping into his passion of real estate investments.

Rich Duran has been in the maintenance and construction industry for over 25 years with extensive experience in multi-family housing. After joining Red Door 2 years ago he has used his vast knowledge to quickly rise up as the head of the maintenance department. He is the proud father of 4 girls and a Golden Retriever and enjoys Reading, Tennis, Golf, watching the Patriots and perfecting his Chili recipe.

Melissa Alderman joined Red Door over 3 years ago. She holds her Indiana Brokers license and has a vast knowledge in all aspects of property management with an expertise in resident and owner relationships. Living in Indiana since 2003, Melissa lives on the south side of Indy with her husband and 2 daughters.

Rebecca has been in the real estate industry for 19 years. The majority of her career has been spent in new home construction where she held many positions including marketing, training, design and management. Rebecca graduated from the University of Central Florida and has her Indiana Brokers license. She lives in Carmel with her husband and 3 children.

Keith has over 25 years of business leadership experience. He holds a degree in Business Management, Leadership and Security from Cornell University. He enjoys  hiking, camping (rustic), fishing, hunting, kayaking, practically anything that gets me to experience nature; preferably 'off the beaten track', cooking, history and projects around the house.  He’s always looking for something new to explore and learn about; travel, food or learning to do something new. Keith has two adult daughters back in Canada that share their father sense of exploration and adventure. Recently relocated to Indiana, remarried and has two teenage stepdaughters.
